What are the ingredients included in your Nigiri?

The 11 pieces of Nigiri are consisted of Lean Tuna, Fatty Tuna, Salmon, Amberjack, Scallop, boiled shrimp, horse mackerel, sea urchin, raw salmon eggs, sea eel, and Medium Fatty Tuna.

How does your product/service work?

Our customers will have the opportunity to make an authentic Edomae sushi style in one of our fully operational restaurant and, will get to taste the sushi you made as well as the sushi made by the chef. Just like a real sushi chef, you’ll stand at the counter wearing a uniform together with the chef with full explanation/guidance by the chef and hands on experience for maximum of 3 hours. (including meal time)

Cost, Payment method, and cancellation/refund policy

-25,000 yen per person. Minimum of 3 people per 1 group up to 10 people. If only 2 people wants to join the tour, they will need to pay additional 25,000 yen for the room fee, for a total of 75,000 yen.
-We accept paypal and wise.
-1 week before the schedule will be 100% refund, 3 days before will be 50% and no refunds if the cancellation request was submitted on the day of the schedule.

Do you cater to specific request related to allergy/raw fish?

It depends on what kind of specific request it will be. Please let us know in advance any details specially about allergies or special request, we will let you know asap if it's possible to accommodate or do something about it.
