About Us

Born and raised in Niigata Prefecture in a poor household where his parents worked tirelessly on a farm without a single day off, Owner Abe wanted to give back to his family for all their hard work. Determined to repay his parent’s kindness, he set out to become a sushi chef. At the age of 18, he set off for Tokyo to train at a prestigious sushi restaurant with a 130-year history. He then opened his first restaurant in Azabu, Tokyo at the age of 30 and began using rice grown by his father in Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture.

His signature Edo-style sushi, a traditional Japanese dish, has attracted many customers over the years leading to the opening of a total of seven restaurants in the heart of Tokyo. While each restaurant has its own unique features and characteristics, they all offer authentic Edo-style sushi.
